1. About FixZa

FixZa is an online platform that connects customers with service providers ("Businesses") for home maintenance, repairs, and related services. FixZa does not provide these services directly and acts only as an intermediary.

2. Customer Accounts & Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. FixZa’s Role & Responsibilities

  • FixZa provides a platform for connecting customers and businesses but does not guarantee the quality of services provided.
  • FixZa is not responsible for disputes between customers and businesses.
  • FixZa does not hold any responsibility for payments made outside the Platform.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate information when booking services.
  • Customers are responsible for payments agreed upon with businesses.
  • FixZa is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from services provided.

5. Payments & Fees

  • FixZa does not take a commission from transactions between customers and businesses unless explicitly stated.
  •  All payments for services must be arranged directly between the customer and the business unless FixZa introduces an in-platform payment system.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers and businesses must agree on cancellation terms before confirming services.
  • FixZa does not process refunds or cancellations on behalf of businesses.

7. Reviews & Ratings

  • Customers may leave reviews based on their experience with a business.
  • FixZa reserves the right to remove reviews that are false, misleading, or violate our policies.
  • Businesses may not manipulate reviews or post fraudulent ratings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Attempt to disrupt the operation of the FixZa Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • FixZa is not responsible for resolving disputes between customers and businesses.
  • Users are encouraged to resolve issues directly with the other party.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • FixZa is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from interactions between customers and businesses.
  • FixZa does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the country in which the service was provided or accessed. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with Australian legal jurisdiction.

  •  Businesses must have appropriate insurance and licenses (if required by law).

4. Payments & Subscription Fees

  • Businesses may be required to pay a subscription fee to use FixZa.
  • Subscription fees paid to FixZa are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
